May 8, 2019: Lead Like A Girl: Power Moves for Women and Their Allies to Ignite Change
Ignoring the potential of women leaders likely means your business and financial results are lagging, too. Research shows that organizations in the top 20% for financial performance have twice as many women leaders as organizations in the bottom 20%. Unfortunately, women continue to be scarce in the manufacturing industry, making up only about a third of workers and an even smaller percentage of executives. As the manufacturing industry faces a growing skills gap, it’s more important than ever for the industry to uncover the hidden potential of women.

This interactive session is a springboard to help women and male allies in manufacturing identify and address the unique challenges facing women. Attendees will learn how to close the confidence gap, find their strength as leaders, learn to fail forward, and super-power their networks. Supported by compelling new research, attendees will also learn to leverage the latest research on the gender gap and connect gender diversity to better financial performance.

Leave this session inspired to amplify your influence, make the case for gender diversity, and unleash the potential of women!
