On A Mission to Advance Women in Manufacturing

The Women in Manufacturing (WiM) Southern California Chapter brings together women who work in a variety of roles at manufacturing companies across the region.

Members represent companies in a range of manufacturing sectors including automotive, biotech and life science, aerospace and defense, packaging and industrial supply, general manufacturing and others.

Our Mission

Working together we are focused on driving our mission forward. The chapter’s mission is to:

  • Create a community of women and men who support women working in manufacturing, through networking events and interactive programs.
  • Support women who work in manufacturing by giving them the resources, connections and skill-building they seek to advance in their careers.
  • Amplify the voices of female leaders in manufacturing to inspire and inform others.
  • Advocate for increased representation of women in manufacturing by motivating and supporting girls’ interest in the professional skills relevant to the industry.
Meetings & Programs

The chapter provides virtual and in-person opportunities for you to expand your local network, build valuable business relationships, and enjoy industry-related programming.

Members meet virtually once a month to plan programs and drive the mission of the chapter forward and programs are hosted quarterly at minimum. Please fill out the contact form on this paid to receive communications about upcoming meetings and programs.
