DONATE AN ITEM
The deadline to donate an item is Friday, August 23, 2019.
Make an IMPACT by donating an item to Women in Manufacturing’s annual Silent Auction, which will take place at the 9th annual SUMMIT in Denver, CO from September 9-11, 2019. The 2019 SUMMIT is expected to attract more than 450 individuals in manufacturing.
Proceeds from the silent auction will directly benefit Women in Manufacturing's Education Foundation (WiMEF) and the programs it supports. Funds raised through the Silent Auction will have a profound impact on the advancement of women who have chosen a career in manufacturing, by allowing us to provide effective and affordable education and training offerings that are essential to their professional development and growth.
"It’s no secret that finding and retaining skilled employees is an issue that plagues manufacturing. Making up half of the U.S. workforce, women are crucial to addressing this challenge. The Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation provides manufacturers resources for the professional development and retention of their female talent. As a woman in manufacturing, I take personal interest activities like the annual Silent Auction that provide funding to support critical programming to engage and retain women at all levels of manufacturing. Please join me in supporting WiMEF. Donate an item to the Silent Auction today!" - Sheila LaMothe, WiMEF Board Member, 2019 Silent Auction Chair
