Allison Grealis

Allison GrealisFounder and President,
Women in Manufacturing

Allison Grealis is founder and president of Women in Manufacturing (WiM), a national trade association focused on supporting, promoting and inspiring women in the manufacturing sector. She is also the vice president of membership and association services of the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA), a full-service trade association representing the metalforming industry.

Since joining PMA in 2001, Allison has held a variety of positions that included district, committee and division management; affinity partner relations; sponsorship sales; new product and service development; and member services.

Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with a certificate in Women’s Studies from Ohio University and a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Akron.

Presently, Allison serves as the president of the Greater Cleveland Society of Association Executives and as a board member of Our Lady of the Elms High School.

Christie Carmigiano

Christie CarmigianoCommunications Director,

Christie Carmigiano is the communications director for Women in Manufacturing, and communications and government affairs manager for the Precision Metalforming Association. Prior to joining PMA in 1996, Christie served as a legislative correspondent for U.S. Senator Mike DeWine in Washington, D.C. She earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Dayton

Hayley Milloy

Hayley MilloyMarketing and Program Coordinator,
Women in Manufacturing

Hayley Milloy is the marketing and program manager for Women in Manufacturing. A recent graduate of Miami University, Hayley majored in marketing, minored in English literature, and has a strong background in creative writing. While in college, she was selected to work with clients such as Abercrombie & Fitch and Harman Kardon to create and implement strategic marketing campaigns.

Kristin Moore

Kristin MooreSenior Program Manager,

Kristin Moore is the senior program manager for Women in Manufacturing. Her responsibilities include developing, marketing and implement programs for the WiM community, and working closely with partner organizations and sponsors. Prior to joining WiM, she worked for Cleveland Magazine and the University of Akron School of Law. Kristin is a University of Akron graduate with her undergraduate degree in public relations and her masters of public administration.

Katlyn Stratis

Katlyn StratisMeetings & Events Manager,
Women in Manufacturing

Katlyn Stratis is the meetings and events manager for Women in Manufacturing and Precision Metalforming Association. Prior to joining PMA in 2012, Katlyn served as an event management intern for Speaking of Women’s Health, a national women’s health education program powered by the Cleveland Clinic. She earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and marketing from Kent State University.

Lisa Tarcy

Lisa TarcyMarketing & Events Coordinator,

Lisa Tarcy is the marketing and events coordinator for Women in Manufacturing. Her responsibilities include strategizing and implementing WiM’s marketing efforts, managing community chapters and coordinating signature events. Prior to joining the WiM team in 2016, Lisa served as communications and social media specialist at the Cleveland Animal Protective League. She earned a bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from Bowling Green State University.
